Which service do you need?
Can’t find your answer? Our coordinators reply on WhatsApp or phone, day and night.
What's the difference between an air ambulance and a medical escort?
An air ambulance is a private aircraft with ICU equipment, for critical patients. With a medical escort, a doctor or nurse flies with a stable patient on a regular flight, which usually costs less.
When is a helicopter ambulance the better choice?
When every minute counts and the road would take too long, usually to bring a critical patient from a district hospital to an ICU in Dhaka.
Is a rail ambulance safe for patients?
Yes, for stable patients. We only suggest it when the treating doctor agrees the patient can manage a longer journey by land.
What does every transfer include?
A doctor-to-doctor check, an ambulance at both ends, a hospital bed booked in advance and one coordinator who stays with you from the first call to the handover.
What documents do we need to travel for treatment?
The latest medical reports, and passports for the patient and one family member. Your coordinator will tell you if the destination needs anything else.
Can you bring a patient home after treatment abroad?
Yes. We arrange flights home to Bangladesh from all five countries, with a medical team on board and an ambulance waiting when you land.
